Overview:

Join a high-performing Med-Surg team at a respected hospital in Menifee, CA. We’re seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses with inpatient experience to provide patient-centered care across a broad range of medical and post-op surgical cases.

This is a direct hire role with full TN visa support and relocation guidance for qualified Canadian RNs.

Core Duties:

• Deliver nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across various conditions
• Monitor vital signs, administer meds, update care plans
• Support recovery and discharge planning
• Communicate with physicians, specialists, and family members
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Canadian Citizenship (TN Visa Eligible)
• NCLEX Passer
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry experience
• Eligible for California RN Licensure (support provided)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong time management and team collaboration skills
