About the Role:

We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses with ER specialization to join a leading hospital in Menifee, CA. You’ll work in a fast-paced, trauma-level emergency department with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team.

This is a direct hire, long-term role with full benefits and relocation assistance available for TN visa-eligible Canadian nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent and trauma care in a high-acuity ER setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care
• Respond to emergencies, administer medications, perform life-saving procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, RTs, and other clinical staff
• Ensure documentation aligns with hospital standards and state laws

Qualifications:

• Canadian Citizenship (Required for TN Visa)
• Active NCLEX Pass
• Minimum 1 year of ER/ED experience (hospital-based)
• Eligible for California RN Licensure (Support provided)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (must be current or willing to update)
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and clinical judgment
